Homemade Fruit Roll-Ups

Homemade Fruit Roll-ups - pretty good but we didnt eat all of it. If your kids are fruit roll up fans though I would recommend. Oh and I didn't have raspberries or basil so just used strawberries and her technique.

  • 2 1/2 – 3 cups ripe or slightly over-ripe diced fruit
  • sweetener to taste: honey, sugar, agave, etc.
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • optional: seasonings, spices, extracts to taste

  1. how long do they keep? at room temperature or in the fridge??? Thx
