Smokey Mesquite BBQ Meatball Sliders Recipe

How to Make Smokey Mesquite BBQ Meatball Sliders--these are so good!! I didn't buy the premade pack, I just mixed Italian bread crumbs with some shredded cheese-worked just fine. WARNING: or last step, jut ten broiler on low and put sliders in for no more than 2 minutes. It's just to melt the cheese.


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 Kraft Fresh Take Smokey Mesquite BBQ variety package
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ pound bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup Kraft Hickory BBQ sauce
  • 3 slices Kraft Big Slice cheddar cheese
  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls

  1. They no longer sale smoky mesquite from Kraft, what can
    we substitution?

    1. I just bought frozen pre-made meatballs and heated them up in BBQ sauce.

  2. I still make this without the Kraft Fresh Takes, I use A1 Sweet Mesquite BBQ seasoning, breadcrumbs and a shredded blended cheese as a substitute, still really good :)

  3. This has to be the worst website ever to try to print a recipe from I got 2 dozen pages of printed ads and only half of the recipe. Bad karma to you.
