Asian Sesame Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Asian sesame glazed brussel sprouts. If you like em crunchy this is perfect, but if you like them softer I suggest adding some liquid ans steaming a bit before adding the glaze. Either way- tasty!!


  • 15 to 20 Brussels sprouts
  • olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Bragg’s liquid aminos (or soy sauce)
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup brown rice (optional, for serving)
