Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls

Stuffed Cinnamon Rolls - flatten canned cinnamon rolls and stuff with cream cheese mixture.
Ingredients
  • 1 (8 count ) 12.4 ounce can of cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 C powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla 
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease an 8 x 8 inch pan.
  2. Roll out cinnamon rolls until thin.  
  3. Carefully pick it up (mine fell apart a little) and place four into the pan.
  4. Cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla.
  5. Evenly spread this onto the four cinnamon rolls in the pan.
  6. Place the remaining four cinnamon rolls on top.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes; until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Brush the top with the melted butter and drizzle on the icing.
  9. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes.  Slice, serve and enjoy!
